4 Makeup Artists Share Their Expert Advice
From their favourite products and tips and tricks for all things makeup and skincare, we reached out to some of our TPR friends who just so happen to be makeup artists, and asked them to share their expert advice.

Q: Your best makeup tip -
To me beautiful makeup is all about starting off with plump fresh, alive looking skin. No matter what makeup look I want to achieve the most important product is alway my moisturiser. I love my Rationale immunologist serum because I know it’s so good for my skin and gives me a hydrated feeling all day long. It’s light so it sits well under a light / medium makeup coverage while still giving your skin so many benefits. I call it my MON-FRI 9-5 moisturiser.
Q: Your favourite product -
My “special” moisturiser. The Charlotte Tilbury Magic Cream, I use this on 95% of my clients. It’s got Vitamin A,C,E so leaves the skin plump and perfectly glowing for a makeup application If you are time poor it doesn’t even need a primer or any other illuminating product pre foundation because it already gives your skin that lit from within real glow (my fav). Hollywood is a jar they say - and they aren’t lying.

Q: Your best skincare tip -
During isolation try doing a mask. Pop it in the fridge before you apply it to your face and it will help with any puffiness. Try the Rationale Immunologist Mask.
I also love to moisturise daily with the Augustinus Bader The Cream. It helps keep my skin feeling glowy and fresh.
Q: Your favourite product -
The Benefit They’re Real Lengthening Mascara. This creates the most beautiful full set of lashes because the brush is just so damn good!

Q: Your best makeup tip -
I love to use an illuminating primer to achieve the ‘glow from within look’. When applying bronzer and blush I always use a cream product first and set with a powder version on top. Creams are much more natural-looking on the skin.
Q: Your Favourite product -
Two products that are always in my own makeup bag and also my kit would be the Tom Ford Shade and Illuminate Palette - this is my favourite for the ultimate bronze and glow.
For complexion, I can’t go past the It Cosmetics CC cream. It is the perfect everyday foundation for the ‘Your skin but better’ look and also has an SPF of 50+, winning!

Glowing skin comes from within, a healthy diet and loads of water.
For immediate results, add a drop of face oil to your daily moisturiser to immediately boost hydration and glow to your skin!

Natasha Cook Cosmeceuticals (skincare) - I love Natasha Cooks range, since using her skincare I’ve stopped wearing foundation all together and it’s given me confidence wear no makeup at all.
